The venue is being made available to the Congress under a Sponsorship Agreement between Telstra Corporation Limited and Flags Australia. Flags Australia acknowledges the generous support of Telstra in making their theatre available to ICV26 for our international flag conference. The auditorium previously shown on the website was the original 100-seat theatre that was relocated and enlarged in 2015. Access to the Telstra Theatre will only be available Monday to Friday, so early registration on Sunday 30th August 2015 will be at the nearby Grace Hotel. No building security pass will be needed to access the Telstra Theatre. Access to the lower level of the theatre will be via stairs behind the reception desk at the entrance. There is a small lift available for those who need support for mobility. After participants receive their lanyards on the first day, entry into the Telstra Theatre will be restricted to registered delegates and participants, as confirmed by their lanyard. |

| The Telstra Theatre consists of a 290-seat auditorium, equipped with the full range of audio-visual equipment, which extends over two floors of the building. All the auditorium chairs have inbuilt USB power-points and there is free Wi-Fi available for ICV particpants. There is a foyer on lower level for delegate to socialise and where tea and coffee will be served during breaks. Tables will be set up at the lower level open plan area to display flags and other material and to conduct the usual informal market bazaar. In addition, there is an upper foyer level available to delegates. | |||

The Telstra building is opposite the large Apple Store and a 24 Hour McDonalds in George Street.
The venue is located close to all the department stores and the major shopping centres and arcades and several quality hotels.
There are numerous options for lunch (or breakfast) in the area - with the food courts at MLC Centre and in the lower level of the Sydney Central Shopping Complex recommended for a wide variety of cuisines and fast service. There are also several cafés, restaurants and pubs that serve food in close proximity to the venue, including an informal café on Level 2 (accessed from upper foyer) and a coffee shop on the ground floor of the Telstra Building.
